REPORT AN ABSENCE
All enrolled customers must report future absences directly through the Customer Portal by no later than 2 hours prior to the start of their scheduled lesson or reservation. Doing so will excuse the absence and therefore earn a swim lesson makeup token.
Future absences can be reported up to 2-weeks in advance.
Excused absences will receive makeup tokens that will be visible and available for use the day after the absence has occurred. Makeup tokens remain on customer accounts for 1 year from the absence date. You do not have to be actively enrolled to use makeup tokens.
There are no exceptions made to this policy.
How to Report an Absence in the Customer Portal:
- Log in to the Customer Portal
- Navigate to "My Account"
- Find your student and click the "Future Absences" option under their name
- When prompted, select
"By Enrollment"
(DO NOT SELECT “By Date”)
- Choose the specific absence date and enrollment, add an optional comment, and Submit
Important:
If you're reporting more than one absence, please follow the steps above for each absence date, up to 2-weeks in advance.
