Our event rentals usually follow a specific timeline, which includes the following stages:

CONCORD CAMPUS: 

2:30 PM: Host may arrive for assisted party setup. 

3:00 PM: Pool opens for 75 minutes of supervised swimming

4:15 PM: Swimmers transition from the pool to the party space for food, gifts, etc. 

5:00 PM: Official end of party, all guests depart the facility and assisted clean up begins

5:15 PM: Assisted clean up ends and host leaves the facility 

ALAMEDA CAMPUS: 

4:30 PM: Host may arrive for assisted party setup.

6:15 PM: Swimmers transition from the pool to the party space for food, gifts, etc.

Party Cancellation Policy

If a party is canceled, a $25 cancellation fee will apply and will be charged at the time of cancellation. The remaining balance, after deducting the cancellation fee, will be refunded to you promptly.

Each party booking includes up to 25 child swimmers, and the host child counts as one of the 25. If you plan to have more than 25 swimming children, there is an additional fee of $15 per child beyond that number.

Supervising adults are always welcome to join in the water at no additional cost.

In terms of overall capacity:

At our Concord location, your party has exclusive use of the entire facility during your reserved time. The pool can accommodate up to 60 swimmers, making it a great option for larger groups.

At our Alameda location, the facility remains open for other scheduled programming; however, your group will have dedicated party spaces both in and out of the water. Your guests will swim in a reserved Party Zone, which accommodates up to 40 swimmers.

Party Guidelines and Safety Information

To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at the party, we kindly ask guests to follow these guidelines:

What to Bring:

• All attendees should bring swimwear and towels to fully enjoy the swimming activities.

Waivers:

• Before joining the party, guests are required to sign a waiver to acknowledge the rules and regulations of the event.
  
• Waivers can be completed conveniently on our website or filled out on-site upon arrival.

Child Supervision:

• For the safety of children, an adult must accompany any child in the pool who is unable to swim independently for survival.
  
• There is no additional fee for adult swimmers accompanying children.
  

Pool Safety Rules:

• Children must refrain from running within the premises, diving headfirst into the pool, or engaging in roughhousing while in the water. These rules are in place to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all attendees.

Swim Diapers:

• Swimmers under the age of 3 years or those still in the process of potty training are required to wear swim diapers. This helps maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pool area.

Snacks, Drinks, and Food Policy at Our Concord Facility

At our Concord facility, we aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. Here's what you need to know about snacks and drinks during your visit:

Retail Options:

• We offer a convenient retail section stocked with a variety of snacks and drinks. It's the perfect spot to grab a quick bite or quench your thirst while enjoying our amenities.

Bringing Your Own Food and Drinks:

• Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks to enjoy in the designated viewing area.
  
• To maintain cleanliness and safety, outside food and drinks are not permitted in the pool area.

Glass Items Prohibited:

• For everyone’s safety, glass items are strictly prohibited on the premises. This policy helps prevent accidents and injuries caused by broken glass.

Pool Floats and Toys Policy

We provide a selection of pool floats and toys for our guests to enjoy. Guests are also welcome to bring their own toys and floats, provided they are of an appropriate size for the pool.

For the safety of all swimmers, management reserves the right to prohibit any outside toy or float that could pose a safety risk. This ensures a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Decoration Guidelines for AquaTech Events

We welcome balloons and free-standing decorations to enhance your celebration! These decorations should be able to stand independently without being attached to doors, walls, or ceilings, as hanging decorations are not permitted.

Important Notes:

AquaTech management reserves the right to decline any decorations that could pose a risk to the safety of guests or the condition of the facility.

This policy is in place to ensure the venue remains safe, secure, and well-maintained for everyone’s enjoyment.
