Party Cancellation Policy

If a party is canceled, a $25 cancellation fee will apply and will be charged at the time of cancellation. The remaining balance, after deducting the cancellation fee, will be refunded to you promptly.

Each party booking includes up to 25 child swimmers, and the host child counts as one of the 25. If you plan to have more than 25 swimming children, there is an additional fee of $15 per child beyond that number.

Supervising adults are always welcome to join in the water at no additional cost.

 In terms of overall capacity:  

At our Concord location, your party has exclusive use of the entire facility during your reserved time. The pool can accommodate up to 60 swimmers, making it a great option for larger groups.  

 At our Alameda location, the facility remains open for other scheduled programming; however, your group will have dedicated party spaces both in and out of the water. Your guests will swim in a reserved Party Zone, which accommodates up to 40 swimmers.

We want every guest to enjoy a clean, safe, and comfortable visit at our facilities. Please review our food and drink guidelines before you arrive.

Snacks & Drinks Available for Purchase

Our Alameda & Concord facilities offer a retail section with snacks and drinks available for purchase during your visit.

Outside Food & Drinks

Guests may bring their own food and drinks to enjoy in the designated party area.

To help keep the pool deck clean and safe, outside food and drinks are not permitted in the pool area.

No Glass Allowed

Glass items are not permitted anywhere on the premises. This includes glass bottles, containers, cups, or serving items.

 We do provide a selection of pool floats and toys for our guests to enjoy. Guests are also welcome to bring their own toys and floats, provided they are of an appropriate size for the pool.

For the safety of all swimmers, management reserves the right to prohibit any outside toy or float that could pose a safety risk. This ensures a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone.

 Decoration Guidelines for AquaTech Events  

We welcome balloons and free-standing decorations to enhance your celebration! These decorations should be able to stand independently without being attached to doors, walls, or ceilings, as hanging decorations are not permitted.

 Important Notes:  

AquaTech management reserves the right to decline any decorations that could pose a risk to the safety of guests or the condition of the facility.

This policy is in place to ensure the venue remains safe, secure, and well-maintained for everyone’s enjoyment.

If you have specific decoration ideas or requests, we encourage you to contact AquaTech management for clarification or approval. Our team will be happy to provide guidance and help ensure your event is both beautiful and compliant with our policies.
