HOST A POOL PARTY!

Make your celebration feel easy, safe, and memorable with a warm, indoor pool party at AquaTech Swim. Hosted at our Alameda and Concord campuses, our parties are designed for families who want a fun, well-organized experience without the stress of managing every detail.

Each party includes comfortable celebration space, clear pool viewing, staff-assisted setup, active supervision of the pool and party areas, smooth transitions throughout the event, and support with cleanup when the celebration ends. After booking, our team will send a brief questionnaire to confirm your details, preferences, timing, and any special considerations so your party feels personalized and prepared before you arrive.

From first splash birthdays to milestone celebrations, AquaTech Swim provides a thoughtful party environment where kids can enjoy the water, families can celebrate comfortably, and hosts can focus on making memories instead of managing logistics.

COMMON QUESTIONS

  • What does a party rental include, and how much does it cost?

A standard party is $500 and includes up to 25 child swimmers, dedicated staff support, and use of designated party space in and out of the water. An additional hour can be added for $250.

  • Do the birthday child(ren) count toward the 25 included swimmers?

Yes. The birthday child (or children, for joint parties) count toward the 25 included child swimmers. If there will be more than 25 total, additional children are $15 each.

  • Can we pay for extra swimmers the day of the party?

We don't charge for extra swimmers in advance. We confirm the actual number of children who were in the pool during the party and charge afterward — this accounts for last-minute changes or no-shows.

  • If we want the extra hour, do we have to decide in advance?

Yes. The extra hour must be booked and confirmed in advance. It cannot be added on the day of the event.

  • What is the maximum number of guests allowed?

At Concord, your party has the entire facility during your reserved time, and the pool can hold up to 60 people total (adults and children). At Alameda, the facility stays open to other scheduled programming during your party, but your group has a dedicated Party Zone in the pool, which holds up to 40 swimmers.

  • What if we need to cancel after booking?

Cancelled parties are refunded in full minus a $25 cancellation fee. Refunds typically post to your card in 4–7 business days.

  • Where can we eat and drink during the party?

Outside food and drinks are allowed in the viewing/party area, but not in the pool area. Children do not need to stay in the pool for the entire swim window — they're welcome to dry off and eat, but cannot re-enter the pool once they've eaten.

  • Can adults bring alcohol?

Canned alcoholic beverages are permitted. Mixed drinks/cocktails and any glass containers are not allowed anywhere in the facility.

  • Can we bring outside appliances (crock pot, air fryer, ice cream bar, warming trays)?

Small non-heating serving setups are generally fine. Anything with a heating element must be reviewed and approved in advance — we cannot approve outside machinery on the day of the event, and any approved equipment must be operated only by your own group, not AquaTech staff.

  • What decorations are allowed?

Balloons and free-standing decorations are welcome. Decorations may not be hung from doors, walls, or ceilings. Tape may only be used on the plastic table coverings we provide (or that you bring) — never directly on tables, walls, or chairs.

  • Can we bring pool inflatables?

Yes, with advance notice. If you need help inflating them, inflatables must be dropped off during regular business hours, Monday–Friday, the week of your party.

  • Can we drop off decorations or bins ahead of time?

Early drop-off is considered case-by-case and is generally only available the week before your event, with items stored in our office — not on the day of the party itself.

  • What pool toys/floats do you provide?

We have a variety of floats, rings, noodles, and water toys available, though exact inventory can vary slightly by location. Let us know if you have a specific item in mind and we'll confirm availability.

  • Can staff help run pool games during the party?

Yes — our team can lead simple pool games (color hunt, treasure hunt, red light/green light, sharks & minnows, etc.) during your swim time. Let us know if you'd like this when finalizing your party preferences.

  • Are squirt toys/water guns allowed?

No, squirt toys are not permitted during parties.

  • Can the timeline be rearranged?

Our standard event timeline (arrival/setup, swim window, food & celebration, departure) is fixed to keep the day running smoothly, but we're glad to adjust the balance of pool time vs. party-space time in advance if that suits your group better.

  • What happens if our party runs past the scheduled end time?

A late departure fee applies: $100 for every 15 minutes past your scheduled end time.

  • Can we tip the staff?

Yes, gratuities are appreciated and given directly in cash — we can't accept tips on a credit card.
