AquaRec is reservation-only. We’re do not accept walk-ins. Please book your spot through the Customer Portal before arriving.

Price:

• $15 per swimmer, per reservation

Makeup Tokens:

• A swim lesson makeup token can be used in the AquaRec program to cover the cost for up to two AquaRec swimmer participants.

Program Hours:

• Alameda Campus:
• Weekdays: 1:00-2:30p
• Weekends: 4:30-6p & 6-7:30p
  
• Concord Campus: 
• Weekdays: 1:00p-2:30p

Getting started is easy—please reserve before you arrive:

• Create/Sign in to your Customer Portal account
• Add all swimmers (including adults) to your profile as students so each person can be reserved a spot.
• Book your AquaRec session in the portal for your preferred day and time.
  

RESERVATIONS

PAID vs MAKEUP TOKEN

Book Paid Drop-In Reservations:

1. Click Customer Login (upper-right corner).
2. Create or sign in to your account.
3. Choose Booking and either select a student to make a specific reservation or browse All Classes.
4. Filter by day, level (AquaRec), etc.
5. Select your time and click Enroll Now to complete the booking.

Use a Swim Lesson Makeup Token (2 swimmers per token)

1. Click Customer Login (upper-right corner).
2. Go to My Account → select the student.
3. Click Makeups to view available tokens.
4. Click Use Makeup Token and complete your reservation
5. Our team will add your additional complimentary swimmer for you as 1 token covers up to two AquaRec swimmer participants.

Use an AquaRec Makeup Token (1 swimmer per token)

1. Click Customer Login (upper-right corner).
2. Go to My Account → select the student.
3. Click Makeups to view available tokens.
4. Click Use Makeup Token and complete your reservation, repeat for each swimmer.

Friendly Reminder: Once makeup tokens have been booked, they cannot be changed or cancelled without forfeiture of the token.
