CLOSURES EXPLAINED

At AquaTech, we do our best to provide a consistent and reliable schedule for all of our families. However, from time to time, both scheduled and unexpected closures may occur. Scheduled closures include holidays, facility maintenance, and special events. These are communicated in advance whenever possible to help you plan ahead. Unexpected closures may happen due to weather conditions, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, and while we work hard to minimize these disruptions, they can occasionally occur. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility, and we’re always here to support you in rescheduling or making the most of your swim experience when changes happen.

SCHEDULED

Swim lesson fees are prorated based on the number of lessons offered during each billing cycle. Students are not expected to attend on scheduled closure dates, and no charges apply. There is no need to notify AquaTech of absences occurring on these scheduled closures dates.

UNEXPECTED

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that necessitate the temporary closure of our facility, we will issue non-expiring makeup tokens to all student lessons or reservations affected by the closure. There are no financial credits or refunds for these types of closures. Customers will be notified through email/text.
