    PARTIAL DAY CLOSURE: 

    • Tuesday 3/3

    Both our Alameda and Concord campuses will close early for an all staff training. 5:40p, 6:10p, 6:40p, 7:10p and 7:40p swim lessons will not be offerred on this day. 


    NOTE: All Tuesday lessons affected by this early closure will be prorated on the February 11 billing date. The February 11 billing cycle runs from February 11 through March 10.

    Both our Alameda and Concord campuses will closed in observance of Easter Sunday. 


    NOTE: All Sunday lessons affected by this closure will be prorated on the March 11 billing date. The March 11 billing cycle runs from March 11 through April 7.

CLOSURES EXPLAINED

We do our best to provide a consistent and reliable schedule for all of our swimmers. However, from time to time, both scheduled and unexpected closures may occur. Scheduled closures include holidays, facility maintenance, and special events. These are communicated in advance whenever possible to help families plan ahead. Unexpected closures may happen due to weather conditions, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances. While we work hard to minimize these disruptions, they can occasionally occur.


We appreciate your understanding and flexibility, and we’re always here to support you in rescheduling or making the most of your swim experience when changes happen.


SCHEDULED

Swim lesson fees are prorated based on the number of lessons offered during each billing cycle. Students are not expected to attend lessons on scheduled closure dates, and no charges apply. There is no need to notify AquaTech of absences occurring on scheduled closures dates.

UNEXPECTED

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that necessitate the closure of our facility, we will issue non-expiring makeup tokens to all student lessons or reservations affected by the closure. There are no financial credits or refunds for these types of closures. Customers will be notified through email/text.
