Employees with children may request complimentary swim lesson enrollment for their child after completing 90 days of employment. Please click the icon to complete the request form.

I acknowledge the following policies regarding my child's ability to participate in complimentary swim lessons: 1) I must maintain a current customer portal account. 2) I must utlize the Report An Absence Form by no later than 8:00 AM PST on lesson days if my child will be absent. 3) I must utilize the Withdraw Form to notify AquaTech of an intent to discontinue lessons.
