  • How To Withdraw From Ongoing Lessons

To withdraw from ongoing lessons, simply submit AquaTech's Withdrawal Form by no later than 8:00 AM (Pacific Time) on the final day of the current billing cycle.

Specific withdrawal deadlines are listed in the Renewal Dates & Withdrawal Deadlines toggle. The time your form is submitted determines whether it was received before or after the deadline.

If you submit the form by the withdrawal deadline:

    • If you choose to finish lessons at the end of the current billing cycle: Your swimmer's enrollment will end at the conclusion of that cycle and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
    • If you choose a withdrawal date during the next billing cycle: If your swimmer will continue lessons into part of the next billing cycle, the next cycle will be charged a prorated amount because the enrollment is continuing into that next cycle. AquaTech will prorate your lesson tuition based on the withdrawal date you selected.

If you submit the form after the withdrawal deadline:

You may still withdraw, but the next billing cycle will have renewed already. If that happens, you may choose either to:

    • Continue swimming through the next paid billing cycle, or
    • End lessons early: If you choose to end lessons early, your final service date will be one day after your Withdrawal Form is submitted. Any eligible unused lesson tuition after your final service date will be refunded, less a $25 Refund Administration Fee per refund transaction/family account.

    Example:

If your next billing date is September 23, your withdrawal deadline is 8:00 AM Pacific Time on September 22.

    • Submit the Withdrawal Form by the deadline: Your enrollment will end after your final lesson in the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle on September 23.
    • Submit the Withdrawal Form by the deadline and choose a final lesson date during the next billing cycle: We will charge only the prorated tuition for lessons scheduled through your selected final lesson date, plus the $3.50 facility fee. You will not be charged tuition for lessons after that date, and no Refund Administration Fee will apply.
    • Submit the Withdrawal Form after the deadline: Your enrollment will have renewed for the September 23 billing cycle, even if the charge has not yet appeared on your account. You may finish the paid cycle with no fee, or choose to end lessons early. If you end early, your final service date will generally be one calendar day after you submit the form, and we will refund eligible lesson tuition for lessons scheduled after that date, less one $25 Refund Administration Fee per family refund transaction.

COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Can I pause payments and keep my ongoing lesson spot?

No. Ongoing lesson spots cannot be held without payment.

    You may either:

    Stay Enrolled

Continue paying to keep your current lesson spot.

    Withdraw and Return Later

Withdraw using our online Withdrawal Form and re-enroll when you're ready to return.

Once you withdraw, your lesson spot is released and the same class time, day, or instructor may not be available later.

  • Can I pay for ongoing lessons with cash or check?

AquaTech does not take payment for services in the form of a check.

To maintain continuous enrollment in lessons, all customers are required to have a valid credit or debit card on file—even if they prefer to pay by cash.

    💵 Paying with Cash

Cash payments must be made before the billing date to avoid charges to the card on file. Any cash paid in advance will be applied as a credit toward your upcoming billing cycle. We send reminder a text and email one week before to the billing date to help you stay on track.

    💳 Automatic Credit Card Charges

If a cash payment has not been received by 8:00 AM PST on the final day of the current billing cycle,  for the upcoming cycle, the credit card on file will be automatically charged to prevent disruption of enrollment.

    📅 Paying in Advance

Prefer to plan ahead? You can prepay 2–3 months in advance by cash/card. When choosing this option, we’ll set a drop date for the end of your prepaid period. To continue lessons without interruption, the next payment must be made at least one week before the upcoming billing cycle.

AquaTech will refund the lesson tuition for classes scheduled after your final service date, less one $25 Refund Administration Fee per family refund transaction. Lessons scheduled on or before your final service date—whether attended or missed—and the $3.50 facility fee are not refundable.

  • What happens if my payment is declined?

We send an email and text reminder approximately one week before each billing renewal date so you have time to review your payment information in your Customer Portal account.

If your payment is declined on the billing date, we will retry the card on file. If the second attempt is also declined, we will email you with instructions for making a payment or updating your card through the Customer Portal.

If the payment remains unresolved after the billing date, a $25 Payment Reprocessing Administration Fee will be added to the outstanding balance. The full balance must be paid to keep your swimmer’s ongoing lessons active.

  • What happens if I don’t receive the billing reminder?

Log in to your Customer Portal and confirm that your email address and mobile number are correct and that you have selected to receive both emails and text messages from AquaTech.

Billing continues according to the published schedule even if a reminder is not received. If your information and communication settings are correct but you still aren’t receiving reminders, please contact us at office@aquatechswim.com so we can help.

  • Will holidays or facility closures change my tuition?

Yes. If AquaTech has a scheduled holiday or planned closure, your lesson tuition will be prorated for that billing cycle to reflect the reduced number of scheduled lessons.

If an unexpected closure occurs, affected swimmers will receive a non-expiring makeup token.

Please visit our Scheduled Closures page for upcoming dates. Closures are also posted at each facility approximately one week in advance.
