BEGINNER LEVELS

Parent Participation Level

Age Range: 6 months - 3+ Years   


Join us for a fun and engaging pool experience for your little ones! Our interactive lesson is specially designed for babies and toddlers to enjoy with their parents and/or caregivers. With skill-building drills, catchy songs, and exciting props, your child will have a blast while developing their cognitive and physical abilities in the water. Our lessons focus on teaching children how to feel comfortable and safe in, around, and under the water. Plus, our small class sizes ensure that each child receives personalized attention from our dedicated instructor. Get ready for 30 minutes of pure water fun!

Nervous Beginner Level

Age Minimum: 3 years 

Age Maximum: 13 years 


The Starfish level is perfect for our little swimmers who may feel a bit nervous or fearful about putting their head underwater. Our amazing instructors are here to gently guide and support these swimmers, helping them build comfort and confidence in the water. Throughout the lessons, we will teach back floats, independent kicking, and breath control, while also encouraging students to gradually submerge their head underwater. With a small class size of 3 students per teacher, each lesson lasts for 30 minutes. Once they graduate from this level, our swimmers will move on to the exciting Seahorse Level!

Comfortable Beginner Level

Age Maximum: 13 years   


Welcome to the Seahorse level swim lessons! This program is perfect for beginners who love being in the water and are excited to learn new skills. Our friendly instructors will teach your child the fundamentals of swimming, including breath control, body posture, kicking, floating, and important safety techniques. With a small class size of just 4 students per teacher, your child will receive personalized attention and guidance. Each lesson lasts for 30 minutes, providing a perfect balance of learning and fun. Once your child graduates from this level, they will move on to the Silverfish Level, where they can continue to explore and improve their swimming abilities.  

Breathing For Survival & Formal Strokes Level

Age Maximum: 13 years   


This level consists of one level with two progressive stages: Silverfish and Goldfish. This level is perfect for children who are already comfortable in the water, can kick properly, and float independently. We will focus on developing their breathing techniques, which will be beneficial for survival swimming, recreational swimming, and formal strokes in the future. Our lessons have a fantastic student to teacher ratio of 4:1, ensuring personalized attention for each child. Each lesson lasts for 30 minutes, providing the perfect balance of fun and learning. Once your child graduates from the Silverfish Level, they will move up to the Goldfish Level. And when they complete the Goldfish Level, they will progress to the exciting Puffer Level!

Beginner Freestyle & Backstroke Level

Age Maximum: 13 years  


This level is perfect for swimmers who have already mastered a comfortable breathing pattern in the water. We'll teach them the basics of Freestyle and Backstroke, building on the skills they learned in the Silverfish/Goldfish level. Our expert instructors will focus on developing a technically sound freestyle stroke, while also emphasizing proper posture and body rotation on both the stomach and the back. Safety skills will continue to be reinforced through engaging drills. With a small class size of only 4 students per teacher, your child will receive personalized attention during the 30-minute lessons. Graduates of the Puffer Level will be ready to move up to the exciting Eel Level!

COMPETITIVE LEVELS

Competitive Freestyle & Backstroke Level

Age Maximum: 13 years  


The Eel level takes swimming skills to the next level with even more advanced techniques and faster, more efficient breathing techniques for Freestyle and Backstroke. Building upon the solid foundation laid in the Puffer level, the Eel level guides swimmers through the finer points of technique and turns that are essential for competitive swimming. We focus on perfecting strokes, making them efficient and rhythmic. Our small class sizes, with a ratio of 4 students to 1 teacher, ensure personalized attention and effective learning. And with 30-minute lessons, you'll have plenty of time to practice and improve. Graduating from the Eel Level means swimmers are ready to dive into the Tigershark Level with confidence and skill!

Competitive Breaststroke Level

Age Maximum: 13 years  


The Tiger Shark will continue to work on perfecting the Freestyle and Backstroke techniques, while also introducing the super cool Breaststroke. Our goal is to help swimmers master the art of combining the kick and pull of the breaststroke, creating a smooth and rhythmic stroke in the water. Our lessons are designed to be fun and engaging, with a student to teacher ratio of just 4 to 1. This means that each swimmer gets plenty of individual attention and guidance. Lessons are just the right length at 30 minutes, so swimmers will have plenty of time to practice and improve. Once swimmers have conquered the Tiger Shark level, they will be ready to move on to the Orca Level.

Competitive Butterfly & Team Preparatory Level

Age Maximum: 13 years  


The Orca level is designed to build upon the skills learned in the Eel and Tigershark levels, while also introducing swimmers to the exciting Butterfly stroke. Our goal is to help swimmers master and perfect all four competitive strokes - Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly - with a focus on developing a comfortable and rhythmic stroke. In addition to stroke technique, our experienced instructors will teach team preparatory drills and skills. With a small class size of just 5 students per teacher, each lesson is tailored to provide individual attention and guidance. Lessons are 30 minutes long, providing the perfect balance of instruction and practice. Graduates of the Orca Level will have the opportunity to progress to more advanced levels such as the Tech Level or Pre-Competitive Level.

Technique Maintenance Level

Age Maximum: 13 years  


The Tech Level is the perfect choice for swimmers who have successfully completed the level system and are eager to keep improving their stroke technique in a fun and supportive small group environment. Each weekly lesson will prioritize form, fitness, and most importantly, having a great time! The class will adapt its focus based on the specific needs of the participants each week. With a low student to teacher ratio of 5 to 1, every swimmer will receive personalized attention and guidance. Plus, the lesson is a quick and enjoyable 30 minutes long.

Technique, Endurance, Fun!

Age Maximum: 13 years  


Join us for an amazing opportunity where children can learn the basics of swim training while having a blast with their peers! Our year-round group workout is designed to enhance technique, build endurance, and maintain a healthy exercise routine in a supportive and fun atmosphere. Your child will love working with our AquaTech swim coach and their friends to achieve common goals. Our workouts have a fantastic 14 swimmers to 1 coach ratio, ensuring personalized attention, and are a fun-filled 60 minutes long. To participate, swimmers must have graduated from the ORCA level or be able to confidently swim 1 length of the pool using all 4 competitive strokes.

Parent/Child Lesson

The Orca level is designed to build upon the skills learned in the Eel and Tigershark levels, while also introducing swimmers to the exciting Butterfly stroke. Our goal is to help swimmers master and perfect all four competitive strokes - Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly - with a focus on developing a comfortable and rhythmic stroke. In addition to stroke technique, our experienced instructors will teach team preparatory drills and skills. With a small class size of just 5 students per teacher, each lesson is tailored to provide individual attention and guidance. Lessons are 30 minutes long, providing the perfect balance of instruction and practice. Graduates of the Orca Level will have the opportunity to progress to more advanced levels such as the Tech Level or Pre-Competitive Level.

TECH

Technique Maintenance


Age Maximum: 13 years 


The Tech Level is the perfect choice for swimmers who have successfully completed the level system and are eager to keep improving their stroke technique in a fun and supportive small group environment. Each weekly lesson will prioritize form, fitness, and most importantly, having a great time! The class will adapt its focus based on the specific needs of the participants each week. With a low student to teacher ratio of 5 to 1, every swimmer will receive personalized attention and guidance. Plus, the lesson is a quick and enjoyable 30 minutes long.

    Our children's small group swim lessons are an exciting 30 minutes long! They are available every week for children aged 6 months to 13 years. Most students choose to have one lesson per week, which means they get to enjoy swimming regularly. Once we determine the perfect starting level for your child and find a suitable day and time, they can attend their scheduled lesson every week on the same day and time. Our amazing swim instructors will guide them to achieve the three main goals of their level. We'll keep you in the loop through email, letting you know whenever your child achieves a goal and is ready to graduate to the next level.

  • REGISTRATION OPTIONS

    The start of a weekly lesson program can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance. That means, roughly a week before a customer is ready to start a weekly lesson program, they can choose to register in one of many ways: 


    • SELF-SERVICE: Explore the class schedule and find the desired lesson availability. Customers can easily book lessons through the Customer Portal. 
    • REQUEST FORM: Fill out our Request a Lesson Form and our account managers will provide customers with personalized assistance to find and book a lesson.
    • CALL: Give us a call at 866.633.4147 and our account managers will be happy to review needs and help customers get started.
    • STOP BY: Stop by during our operating hours to reserve a lesson day/time and take a tour of our facility.
  • LESSON PRICING

    SWIM LESSON PRICING: 


    • Annual Facility Fee: $40 per student per year
    • Ongoing Group Lessons: $150 per student per 4-week cycle (4 lessons total) 
    • Drop-In Group Lesson: $40 per lesson
    • Ongoing Pre-Competitive Practices: $185 per student per 4-week cycle (4 practices total) 
    • Drop-In Pre-Competitive Practice: $50 per practice

    To secure a spot for swim lessons or practices, it is necessary to make a payment. For ongoing programs, it is required to have an updated credit or debit card on file at all times. Additionally, there is an Annual Facility Fee that will be charged during the initial registration for ongoing programs and annually thereafter.


    The billing for weekly lessons and practice occurs on a 4-week billing cycle. Prior to each billing date, courtesy reminders are sent via email and text message, serving as a reminder of the upcoming payment. 


    To withdraw from all ongoing programs, a Withdraw Form must be completed. To be removed from the following 4-week billing cycle, the withdrawal form must be received no later than 8:00 AM PST on the final day of the current 4-week billing cycle.

    to veterans, active military personnel, and fire / police families. These families are eligible for a $10 discount on each ongoing
