Our event rentals usually follow a specific timeline, which includes the following stages:

2:15 PM: Host and guests may arrive for assisted party setup and changing into swim suits. 

2:30 PM: Pool opens for 75 minutes of supervised swimming

3:45 PM: Swimmers transition from the pool to the party space for food, gifts, etc. 

4:30 PM: Official end of party, all guests depart the facility and assisted clean up begins

4:45 PM: Assisted clean up ends and host leaves the facility 

All parties that are cancelled will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25, which will be charged at the time of cancellation. The remaining amount, after deducting the cancellation fee, will be refunded to you.

A party booking includes a maximum of 25 child swimmers. If there are more than 25 child swimmers, each additional child will incur an extra charge of $15. However, supervising adults can swim for free.

All attendees are required to bring swimwear and towels for swimming activities. We want everyone to be prepared to have a great time in the pool. Before joining the party, guests are required to sign a waiver. This is to ensure that everyone understands the rules and regulations of the event. You can conveniently complete the waivers on our website or fill them out on-site. For the safety of the children, it is mandatory for an adult to be present in the pool if the child is not able to swim independently for survival. We want to make sure that all children are supervised and protected while enjoying the water. There is no additional fee for adult swimmers accompanying children. We kindly ask that children refrain from running within the premises, diving headfirst into the pool, or engaging in roughhousing with others in the pool. Safety is our top priority, and we want to prevent any accidents or injuries during the party. Swimmers under the age of 3 or those who are still in the process of potty training are required to wear swim diapers. This is to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the pool environment safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Our Concord facility offers a convenient retail section where you can find a variety of snacks and drinks. This small retail area is perfect for those who want to grab a quick bite or quench their thirst while enjoying our amenities. We understand that some guests may prefer to bring their own food and drinks. We allow outside food and drinks in our designated viewing area, so you can still enjoy your favorite snacks and beverages while watching the activities happening around you. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing food and drink into the pool area to maintain cleanliness and ensure the safety of all guests. To ensure the safety of everyone on the premises, we strictly prohibit the use of glass items. This policy helps to prevent accidents and injuries caused by broken glass. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this rule. At our Concord facility, we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. Whether you choose to purchase snacks and drinks from our retail section or bring your own, we want to make sure that you have a pleasant time at our facility.

We offer pool floats and toys. Guests are welcome to bring their own toys and floats as long as they are of an appropriate size. However, it is important to note that our management reserves the right to decline any outside toy or float that may pose a safety risk to other swimmers. We prioritize the safety of all our guests and will ensure that everyone can enjoy the pool in a secure environment.

Balloons and free-standing decorations are allowed at the venue. This means you can use balloons and decorations that can stand on their own without needing to be hung on doors, walls, or ceilings. However, decorations that require hanging on doors, walls, or ceilings are not allowed. It is important to note that AquaTech management has the authority to decline any decorations that may pose a risk to the safety or overall condition of the facility. This means that if any decorations are deemed to potentially jeopardize the safety or integrity of the venue, they may not be permitted. This policy ensures that the facility remains safe and secure for all attendees and maintains its integrity. The management's discretion in approving decorations helps to ensure that the facility is not compromised in any way. If you have any specific decoration requests or concerns, it is advisable to reach out to AquaTech management for clarification and guidance. They will be able to provide further information on what type of decorations are allowed and answer any questions you may have.
